They have all those phone products & no stylus pens. Parking is fine, but getting there seems like it's way out in the middle of nowhere, not close to big streets or highways, lots of stop signs. Store is too small for all that stuff they have.
It is a small store and they do not have trained personnel or enough personnel. I mean that the girl or person in the subscription box area is the one who helps make payments or cash withdrawals, but the time I went there was not the girl from subscription boxes another girl from the digital Coppel area attended me and she was not qualified to help me with the cash withdrawal from my Coppel account for this reason I had to transfer it to my other Banamex bank account hai staff need more training I hope they improve
Like all Coppels, everything is always fine, but on this occasion one employee did not want to serve me because the disk was busy waiting for another customer and I observed her and she looked shocked. Not her problems but those people are not a good reference for these stores. They have people prepared to serve the customers.
